Dan Kidd has more than 20 years of experience, and he’s spent most of those advising clients on a variety of transaction services, including buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence on standalone platforms and carve-outs of business segments, financial modeling, validation of merger synergies, and assessment of potential off-balance sheet exposure.

He has been involved in over 300 buy-side and sell-side transactions with companies ranging from start-ups to those with $1 billion in revenue.

Dan launched Belle Plaine Advisors in 2019 to offer clients specialized offerings and extraordinary service for middle market transactions.
